Twice-monthly cutoffs
Bimonthly payroll with a cutoff and a pay date for each period — up to two paydays a month, enforced when you create the period.
Payroll T-Graph · Philippine payroll for SMEs & accounting firms
A payroll engine built on Philippine rules — DOLE pay classes, overtime and holiday premiums, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG and BIR withholding — that turns each cutoff into branded payslips, remittance reports and a bank file ready to upload.
The payroll engine
Enter hours, leave and adjustments. The engine works out rates, premiums, contributions and tax for every employee in the cutoff, line by line, so you review results instead of rebuilding spreadsheets.
Bimonthly payroll with a cutoff and a pay date for each period — up to two paydays a month, enforced when you create the period.
Monthly-paid and daily-paid employees, each with the right days factor (365, 313 or 261) driving the daily and hourly rate.
Regular OT, rest-day and special-day premiums, regular-holiday pay and night-shift differential from the hours you enter.
Employee and employer contributions from versioned rate tables, plus withholding tax on the semi-monthly BIR table and year-end annualisation.
Recurring and one-off allowances with de minimis ceilings, SSS and Pag-IBIG loan amortisations, and 13th-month pay — each on its own payslip line.
Each cutoff is assembled into a payroll run, approved by Owner or HR, exported to the bank and matched to the payout.
Professional payslips
Every payslip carries your company logo, TIN and address. Earnings stack on the left, deductions on the right, and net pay stands out in gold — the T-Graph layout. Print it, or let employees open it themselves.
Automated reports
Monthly SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR withholding totals per employee — download as CSV or print.
Every employee's gross, deductions and net for the cutoff on one datasheet, with the run total.
Suggested GL journal lines for each payslip — debits and credits mapped to payroll account codes.
BDO by default, with presets for BPI, UnionBank, Security Bank, Metrobank and Landbank. Missing accounts and zero pay are flagged before export.
Around the payroll
Built for a business running its own payroll and for accounting firms handling payroll for several clients.
Profile, government numbers, compensation, education and documents — files kept private to Owner and HR.
Leave requests and approvals, and time entries that feed the cutoff.
Owner, HR, Payroll, Team lead and Employee — each sees only what the role needs.
Employees open their own payslips, leave, time and records at /me.
Accounting firms and groups manage several companies from one login with a company switcher; payroll data stays per company.
We'll walk you through a cutoff from timesheet to bank file.
